Senior ASME Pressure Vessel Design Engineer
Lead thermal/mechanical calculation packages for ASME Section VIII Div 1 & Div 2 equipment using PV Elite and ANSYS FEA. Interface directly with clients and Authorized Inspectors.
Master TIG / SAW Vessel Welder (6G / 6GR Certified)
Execute high-precision manual GTAW open-root and automated twin-wire submerged arc welding on heavy carbon, duplex stainless, and Inconel pressure vessel joints.
QA/QC Lead Inspector (NDT Level III / ASQ)
Direct quality control inspection plans (ITP), witness hydrostatic pressure testing, interpret RT radiographs and UT phased array data, and manage ASME MDR documentation.
